Here are the details of our gatherings this week.
Chorlton Unitarians Weekly Breakfast Club 10:30am
Martin is hoping to revive the Chorlton Unitarians Breakfast Club, where we meet up in a local Cafe for tea/coffee/snacks once a week for an informal social meeting. If you are interested in joining, email Martin at martinsinger6@gmail.com with your preferred day/s of the week.
Monday 17th October 12.30 – 2 pm: Faith in Daily Life Reflective Group in the church
Join our weekly reflective group exploring faith in daily life – the focus of the group will be to engage in deep spiritual reflection on our own lives, to share some of our stories, and to listen to others. This week’s reflection will be led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.
Tuesday 18th October 8 – 8.45 pm: Meditation on Zoom
Join the Unitarian Transformers for a meditation on peace in the heart, with pranayama (breath work), mantra (sacred chant) and silence. Led by Laura Dobson. No previous experience of meditation required. All welcome.

Thursday 20th October 7 – 8.15 pm: Heart and Soul on Zoom
Join our contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. All welcome.
This week’s theme will be ‘Choices’ and it will be led by Mark Hutchinson as Laura will be away Wednesday to Friday this week.
