Sorry, no Heart and Soul or Virtual Coffee Morning this week as I am on a training course.
Tuesday 1st September 7.30 pm Sufi Poetry Meditation
Sufism is the mystical path of Islam. We will be meditating on some of the poetry of Jahan Khatun, a fourteenth century Persian princess. We will hear some Sufi songs and practice some simple Sufi meditations – a breathing meditation on the elements and a meditation on the heart centre. No previous meditation experience required. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.
As previously advised, this meditation will be both on Zoom and in the church building. Please contact me if you would like to come to the church. A maximum of 14 people can be accommodated in the church with social distancing. There are still spaces available, so do please let me know if you would like to attend.
