Tuesday 27th October 7 – 8.15 pm Tasting Plum Village Meditation (Zoom only) – Hilary Bichovsky will lead us in exploring the Plum Village (Thich Nhat Hanh’s community) approach to meditation and mindfulness. We are currently working with the meditations from Tich Nhat Hahn’s book ‘ The Energy of Prayer’. All welcome.

Wednesday 28th October 7 – 8.15 pm Heart and Soul (Zoom only)

Heart and Soul is a contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. The theme is ‘Glimpses of God’, Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.

Saturday 31st October 7 – 8.30pm Samhain (Zoom only)

You are warmly invited to join the Unitarian Earth Spirit Network for our celebration of Samhain, Celtic festival of death and rebirth. We will celebrate with words, music and meditation.

In small groups, we will remember our ancestors of blood, place and spirit (family members and those from the past who have inspired us). Please bring photographs or other mementoes of any such ancestors you would like to honour.
