Tuesday 8th September 7 – 8.30 pm Meditation Tasting Plum Village – Hilary Bichovsky will lead us in exploring the Plum Village (Thich Nhat Hanh’s community) approach to meditation and mindfulness. All welcome.

Wednesday 9th September 7 – 8.30 pm Heart and Soul

Heart and Soul is a contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. Led by Laura Dobson. This week’s theme is ‘Knowing our Limits.’ All welcome.

Sunday 13th September 10.30 – 11.30 am Sunday Gathering ‘To Quiet My Restless Heart’, led by Tom Grimshaw

Tom’s service aims to provide moments of tranquillity amidst the clutter and clamour of our everyday lives. Try turning up to do nothing and perhaps you will find yourself feeling calmer and more refreshed.

This gathering will be in the church building and on Zoom. There are 14 places in the church. If you would like to attend at the church please let me know. You will need to wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) and adhere to social distancing. The kitchen will be out of use so please bring your own water/flask. There will also be no communal singing.
