Macclesfield Gatherings - 12/12

Tuesday 13th December 12.30 – 1.30 pm: Tao on Tuesday in the Chapel
Join us for our meditation on the Tao Te Ching and 365 Tao. We read a short passage from each, enjoy a time of shared silence for meditation, and then share our reflections on the texts. Our discussions are always interesting! All welcome.
 
 

Tuesday 13th December 7.30 – 8.15 pm: Meditation on Zoom

Join the Unitarian Transformers for a poetry meditation on a theme relevant to the season of Advent. We will meditate using the Lectio Divina process of encountering sacred texts by reading, responding, reflecting and resting. Led by Laura Dobson. No previous experience of meditation is required. All welcome.

Sunday 18th December 11 am – 2pm: Chapel Open Day with Carols at 1 pm
On Treacle Market Sunday the chapel will be open for festive refreshments and good company from 11 am to 2pm, with a service of carols and readings at 1 pm, led by Laura. All welcome.
