In June each year, there are a number of annual awareness days and events celebrated and recognised, including Pride Month, Learning Disability Week and World Refugee Day. However, in place of choosing a single cause to champion in the current climate of uncertainty and unrest, we wanted to use June’s Module of the Month to support you as we navigate together through these challenging times.
In recognition of the global uncertainty, we’ve chosen our Ambiguity module as June’s Module of the Month. As part of our Workplace Wellbeing range, this module explores what is meant by ambiguity and how it can be effectively managed in the workplace and beyond, as well as consider how the art of mindfulness can help individuals prepare and cope with uncertainty both now and in the future.
Individuals are increasingly required to adapt to change, act on incomplete information and imagine what’s possible in an uncertain future. Being able to manage ambiguous situations, particularly in light of the current global circumstances, has increasingly become an essential skill required in the workplace and beyond, with change recognised as the only certainty.
