Monton Church Reflection 14/06

Dear friends

 

here is the reflection for this Sunday, 14th June 2020 – following days of unrest, it has the theme of riots and revolution.  

 

As usual there are three options for participating: 

 

a) You can read the reflection to yourself, either at a time of your choosing, or at 10.45am on Sunday morning, knowing that others are also joining in at that time.  The document can be found at the bottom of this email.

 

b) You can watch a pre-recorded video of me reading the service to you, which can be found here, just click on the link below and then click on the picture of me, it should start automatically.

 

 

c) You can also join us on Sunday morning at 10.40am for a Zoom service which I lead with anyone who wishes to join us – you do not need to be a member of the church, everyone is welcome. The Zoom link is below, just click on the link in blue and it should do the rest of hte work for you!  ANy problems do give me a call on 07769 038773 and Ill try to talk you through it!

We are also looking for any thoughts to go into the next newsletter for July, so if you have any funny stories from lockdown, or interesting experiences jmyou want to share, or if you’ve even been writing poetry in your spare time, please do share it with us.  We can also share photographs, though they may end up being in black and white so please bear that in mind!  Any entries can be emailed to me at this address.
