Dear all

please find attached the link to the pre-recorded video for this Sunday worship

And the word document for those who prefer to read it – this will down at the bottom.

As a further alternative, we are trialling a Zoom service this Sunday at 10.45am, where I will be reading the service live, and we can then chat afterwards. This is new technology to some of us, so I can’t promise it will work perfectly, but we’ll give it a go!

Anna Jarvis is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
Topic: Sunday Worship Zoom Meeting Time: May 10, 2020 10:40 London Join Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89325126502?pwd=bk0rNHNZMnRZeFE2ZjR3S25iOUtLQT09 Meeting ID: 893 2512 6502 Password: 021379

Please note – to access this, you do not have to have already downloaded Zoom – when you click on the link (should be shown above in blue), the computer will download it for you if it isn’t already installed, and then move you into the meeting.

You’ll start off in what’s called a ‘waiting room’ until I click to let you all in. When you are in the main room you will automatically be muted, so don’t worry about trying to talk to other people as they appear, no-one will hear you – just give them a wave!

I will lead the meeting, and keep you all muted throughout that – though if I get really clever and play the hymn, feel free to sing along! At the end of the service, I’ll take off the mute, and then we can all talk to each other! Just for information, the ‘mute’ and ‘video’ buttons are on the bottom left of your screen.

As general etiquette, however, it’s generally sensible to stay ‘muted’ unless you want to talk, as this prevents unnecessary noise being transmitted, and also polite to let people completely finish talking before jumping in – if two people talk at once, neither of them can be heard! Kind of like real life, but exaggerated. An excellent exercise in listening skills!

So do come along, whether you would normally come to a Sunday service or not – it will be lovely to have you with us!

Blessings
Anna
