“Singing Meditation: Together in Song & Silence” live and in person…
7pm on Tuesday 17th August in the chapel gardens at Dunham Road Unitarian Chapel, Altrincham WA14 4NU
We are pleased to offer “Singing Meditation”, an evening of joy singing and shared silence, once again. We are back for the first time since the first “lockdown”. We will hold it this month outdoor in the beautiful gardens at the chapel.
“Singing Meditation” is an evening of simple song chants from a variety of world traditions interspersed with periods of meditative silence. This is a simple practice that anyone can engage with. You do not need to be an experienced meditator or singer. In fact many people who thought that either singing or meditation was beyond them have found their voice and their space in this simple joy filled time together. Please feel free to bring any song chants you know and or musical instruments to enhance the energy…
