Here are the details of our gatherings this week.
Monday 20th February 12.30 – 2 pm: Life Spirit Group in the church
Join us for our Life Spirit engagement group meeting, exploring deep questions, based on the book Life Spirit by David Usher. (No need to buy the book). In this meeting, we will consider the following aspects of spirituality: making moral choices – ethics, conscience, and discernment. Led by Laura Dobson.
All welcome. Please feel free to bring your lunch.
Tuesday 21st February 10:30 am: Chorlton Breakfast Club
Join Martin in the Sedge Lynn Wetherspoons, Chorlton, for tea/coffee/snacks and an informal social meeting. All welcome.
Tuesday 21st February 7.30 – 8.15 pm: Meditation on Zoom
Join the Unitarian Transformers for a meditative journey through the chakras, with pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand posture) and mantra (sacred chant). This week we will focus on the crown chakra, the centre of consciousness, understanding, and self-knowledge. No previous experience of meditation is required. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.

Thursday 23rd February 7 – 8:15 pm: Heart and Soul on Zoom
Join our contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.
