Here are the details of our gatherings this week.
 
Monday 6th February 12.30 – 2 pm: Life Spirit Group, in the church
Join us for the first of our Life Spirit engagement group meetings, exploring deep questions, based on the book Life Spirit by David Usher. (No need to buy the book). 
 
In our first meeting, we will consider the following aspects of our spiritual journey, through individual reflection and group discussion: the influence of our upbringing, our life choices, how we deal with challenges, and how we look to the future.  Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.
 
Tuesday 7th February 10:30 am: Chorlton Breakfast Club
Join Martin in the Sedge Lynn Wetherspoons, Chorlton, for tea/coffee/snacks and an informal social meeting. All welcome.
 
Tuesday 7th February 7.30 – 8.15 pm: Meditation on Zoom
Join the Unitarian Transformers for a meditative journey through the chakras, with pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand posture) and mantra (sacred chant). This week we will focus on the throat chakra, centre of communication, truth and self-expression. No previous experience of meditation is required. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.

Thursday 9th February 7 – 8:15 pm: Heart and Soul on Zoom
 
 
Join our contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.
