Tuesday 10th May 12.30 – 1.30 pm: Tao on Tuesday in Chapel
Join us for our meditation on the Tao Te Ching. We read a short passage, enjoy a time of shared silence for meditation and then share our reflections on the text. All welcome.
 

Tuesday 10th May 7 – 7.45 pm: Chakra Balance Meditation on Zoom

Join the Unitarian transformers for a gentle guided meditation to balance the chakras (energy centres in the body). No previous experience of meditation or working with chakras required. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.

Wednesday 11th May 7 – 8 pm: East Meets West Connections on Zoom
Join the Unitarian transformers to explore the life, teachings and legacy of Hazrat Inayat Khan, who brought the path of Universal Sufism to the West in 1910 at the behest of his Sufi teacher, Sayyed Muhammad Abu Hashim Madani, who charged him with a mission: to harmonize East and West with the music of his soul. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome.

Thursday 12th May 1 – 2.15 pm: Exploring Unitarianism Group in Chapel
Join us to explore congregational life – what does it mean to be a member of a Unitarian congregation? How are we organised? What might commitment to a congregation look like for us? How do we experience Unitarian community in this congregation?
 
Thursday 12th May 7 – 8.15 pm: Heart and Soul on Zoom

Heart and Soul is a contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. Led by Laura Dobson. All welcome. 

This week’s theme is ‘Possibilities’.
